Oman sisäisen äänen kuunteleminen voi olla vaikeaa. On vaikeaa tyhjentää mieltä kaikesta hälinästä ja muista ajatuksista. Itse olen sitä tyyppiä joka ei ole vielä onnistunut meditoimaan, ehkä se ei vain ole vielä minun juttuni. Samasta syystä sisäisen eli sielun äänen kuuleminen on vaikeaa. Satunnaisesti tulee jotain intuition väläyksiä, se saattaa kertoa tulevista tapahtumista tai varoittaa jostain. Myöskin unissa on mahdollista nähdä tulevaa, onko tämäkin sitten sitä sielun kuuntelua. Ehkäpä unessa voimme paremmin kuunnella sieluamme kun aivot on nukkumassa. :)
